- Self-Assessment Test
Have others ever criticized your gambling habits? Have you ever lied to cover up the amount of money or time you have spent gambling? Do arguments, frustrations or disappointments make you want to gamble? Do you gamble alone for long periods of time? Do you stay away from work or life obligations to gamble? Do you use gambling as an escape when you feel bored, or unhappy? Are you reluctant to spend ‘gambling money’ on anything else? Are you dedicating more time to gambling than to your friends and family? Do you try to recover your losses while gambling? When you run out of your gambling budget, do you feel sad, or desperate to gamble again as soon as possible? Do you gamble until you lose everything in your balance or budget? Have you lied, stolen or borrowed just to get money to gamble or to pay gambling debts? Do you feel depressed or even suicidal because of your gambling? If you have 2 or more answers “Yes”, there is a possibility that you might be suffering from gambling-related harm and we recommend that you contact [email protected] immediately for assistance.
